I cannot find an original template in my sheets folder

I downloaded the Meeting Management template set, and used the agenda and follow-up sheets; I made several edits but now need to revert to the original templates - I cannot find those templates - when I go back to the set only the reports are existing; I've gone to the template library and I can't seem to download anything there… I've managed to delete some functionality and need it back (as it is in the original template) - help! thank you

Hi Kowal - no they're not - only the reports are available; I must have edited the templates rather than saving a copy - however, I would have thought that there would be original templates languishing somewhere on the site? Pic attached for reference…

Hi @KirstenN,

If the missing assets from the template you originally downloaded are not within your Deleted Items folder, you should be able to find the original template within the Template Gallery - but you can also use this direct link to download the Meeting Management template set again.  

If you have any trouble downloading the template from that link and can’t find it, please contact our Support team so they can investigate what’s causing the issue - for example, it may be that your plan type does not allow downloads of template sets, especially if it’s a discontinued plan type.

Thanks Georgie but still same, went to template gallery, downloaded the Meeting Management set, and only the 3 reports are there - I'll follow up with support.
