Report from 2 Sheets

i was trying to Link 2 Sheet together. in 1 report. they both have alot of the Same info on them but one sheet has % and the other is a Check box. i would like to not add another Column as the Sheet is very large and it has hit the Max cells.

here is a Screen Shot of how i can get it to look but what i would like to try get out is. the % to be Next the the Check box's and not just Double up the information.

is this even Possible?

@Alex Klingbeil you really should migrate your data so it is 1:1 in schema. To do what you want in reporting it is not possible on one row. You can cheat this KIND OF by adding groups by "to". That's about as much as you can do without matching up your data.
