Desktop Icon - checkbox

I notice this morning that the shortcut icons on my desktop that link to some of my Smartsheet dashboards have all turned into the Smartsheet logo "checkbox". Is there a way to not use that icon? It's a relatively tiny checkbox which looks increadiliy out of place with all the other larger ( normal sized) icons. I realize I can change the icon used for each one individually, but I have an awful lot of them that are frequently changing, and that seems like a pain. It would be great to somehow link it to our own branding so we could pick the icon other people see when they create a desktop shorcut to one of our dashboards.

How are you making the shortcuts? If they are windows shortcuts you can just change icons in properties to whatever you want
