ALL our Workspaces and their files are gone!

HELP!! Everything that I worked on is gone!. When I sign in today, everything is emty. Anyone please help how to get them back. I have sent the same request to support, however I have not gotten any answer. I need to work on this today! anyone??

Tip for Anyone Facing the Same Issue:
If you’re experiencing a similar problem, try this:
At the bottom of the login screen, there’s an option to change the region — either “Default” or “EU.” This setting isn’t very clearly communicated, but it’s important. If you log in under the wrong region, your workspace may appear empty or missing.
So, if your projects suddenly seem to be gone, double-check which region you’re logging into. Switching to the correct one might solve the issue.
