Viewer Mode if using metric sheet as data source

I’m using a metrics sheet as the data source for a Chart Widget on a dashboard. The sheet is calculating values from a multiple-select dropdown, so I can't use a report as the source. I want users to see chart data that reflects the region they support, but "Viewer Mode" isn’t available for the Chart Widget—so I can’t display the chart from “their own perspective.” Is there a way to dynamically filter the chart based on the viewer’s region?

hi @Christopher S,

The smartsheet will not recognised based on IP from which region you are logging and show the stuff based on regions. It only recognises who is logging an based on user (Contact List) he will for example show data assigned ot person who logged in.

What about creating those different reports for different regions and connect those to the photos on the main dashboard that represent the region? if the person will click theregion only this data will open etc.

You will need to create separate dashboards for each region.
