Unable to add new user-Remove From Current Plan Before Inviting

I encountered a problem when adding a new user.

First, our company still has one liscen account left.

Therefore, I want to give this liscen account to someone. But when adding him, the following prompt appears，saying “Remove From Current Plan Before Inviting”

I don’t quite understand what it means.

Where should I find this "plan"? How should I deal with it?

Then, I tried to add this person as a normal user, and the same prompt appeared.

The above is the problem encountered.

Please be careful when sharing email addresses in public places like this forum. Your colleague Gang may receive a lot of unwanted emails.

But going to your case. It could be that his address is already added to another organization or he created smartsheet accoung by himself some time ago and that's why he cannot be added to yours.

hi @May Deng,

tell him to login with the current email that you cannot use as it's in different organization and if it's him who created the account just delete it or if he is part of different organization to check where it is.
