Users losing confidence in filters

We've had situations where filters go kerflooey and don't show all rows meeting the filter criteria when multiple people are in the tracker at the same time and using different (shared) filters as well as their own. Is this a known issue?

They've all decided to go into the smartsheet one at-a-time to slice and dice, which is counteractive

Perhaps using reports for each person/team would be easier and would eliminate any abnormalities you see? Just a thought.
