How to update active projects in Portfolio Summary Rollup (if source isn't Intake)?

We realized that one of the data points we've collected from the beginning (speaker name) wasn't available in our reports. So, we added this to our Metadata, and it is now included in our Portfolio Summary Rollup (and accessible in reports). The data point IS included for newly provisioned toolkits. But how can we update all active projects (rows in Portfolio Summary Rollup), to add/activate the cell link to pull this field in? This field isn't collected in our Intake Sheet, but rather one of the other sheets in our toolkits, so I can't see how global updates would work for this.

Why don't You update this info through the Intake sheet by adding it there in the first place?

However, the Portfolio Summary Rollup will collect data from different sheets through the Active projects report, not only from the intake sheet, as shown below. After adding the new sheet just choose which column You want to see within the Rollup report after that (probably the one You've mentioned as the speaker name).

Thank you Iav. We're collecting hundreds of data points throughout our sheets, and simply can't pull all of them on the intake. We have added many of them to the Portfolio Summary Rollup, including a column for this field (speaker name). This field pulls in for all newly-provisioned toolkits, however I haven't found a way to update it for all previously-provisioned toolkits (outside of cell-linking them one-by-one). Any insights are appreciated!
