#UNPARSEABLE when using Cross Reference

I am trying to "simply" use data from one sheet and if the cell is Yes, it then adds another Cross Reference to the new sheet. If (Cross Reference: Refile Access) is Yes, then (Cross Reference: User Name). If Cross Reference: Refile Access is no, then nothing would happen. Both cross references appears as being used so I feel like something is just missing. Maybe the "false" statement which I don't want anything to happen unless the Cell value is Yes. Once I can figure this formula out, the sheet will develop quickly as many of the columns will contain data from the other sheet, just trying to keep from having to duplicate.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

This particular error is caused by the closing curly bracket after Yes and the lack of quotes around "Yes".

Oh my gosh, I knew it would be something like that. I will continue to work with this as I was then returned an #INVALID DATA TYPE error. Thank you so much for your help!
