Does Smartsheet have the capability of tracking external users that complete a Form?

I created a external ticketing system in smartsheet and set up automation for a message and survey to be sent to the person who submitted the ticket. Ticket submissions will come from people outside of the organization and who are not smartsheet users. I use a Contact column to capture their email, thus have the ability to run the automation. this survey is also attached to our website and could be completed by anyone who visits.

I am wanted to do a couple of things. 1. capture if the form was completed using the link on the website or the link in the email 2. If possible, know if the survey was completed by a person that went through the ticket system.

For #1 you can use a query string and a hidden form field, like I show in the video below. For #2, is the ticket system could you also use a tag on the form identifying the source?

I tried to query string (which is a super cool feature btw) but it did not work. the name of the column is Source and the value i want to return is ContactUs. See image below:

I completed the form but the only information that was captured was what was completed on the form itself

Nevermind! I made the column but did not add and hide on the actual form. The query string is active and working properly. THANK YOU

I am not sure what i am doing wrong, i am using the code below.

I tried this first with a column that has a dropdown and made it so nonlist items could be entered. then i tried making a new column (source) and using the %20 to create spaces but that is not working either
