How long have you been using Smartsheet?
I've been using Smartsheet for over 6 years, and it has truly been a game-changer for me. 🚀

How are you using Smartsheet?
I started out as a Smartsheet user and have since transitioned into full-time Smartsheet consulting. I absolutely love building solutions for clients and providing training, support, and maintenance for these solutions. My work spans a wide range of areas, from PMO implementations to complex integrations with external systems, all tailored to client requirements. My main goal in any solution is to improve communication and visibility across teams, leverage automation features to streamline repetitive or manual tasks, and enhance reporting capabilities. 📊🔧

What would you like to learn from your peers using Smartsheet?
I'm keen to learn about the most innovative and unique things you've been able to achieve with Smartsheet. Those out of the box ideas. 💡✨

My name is Tomasz Kowalski I am based in beautiful city of Cracow in Poland. I am a tea and chocolate kind of person… recently more tea.

How long have you been using Smartsheet?
I started working with Smartsheet in 2013 when I was Project Manager in Cisco Systems… then I have 3 years break. In 2019 I put my hands on Smartsheet again and since then this is what I do mostly.

How are you using Smartsheet?
Extensively, I use it for every purpose of my work and private life. From project planning to house building. When I was working in Cisco Systems in 2014 Smartsheet was bit limited so we just used it as Action Tracker for our tasks. Now I use every bit of it from Control Center to Bridge….

What would you like to learn from your peers using Smartsheet?
How they fell in love with Smartsheet and how it changed their work and life for better.

Hi, I've been using Smartsheet for over 2 years.
I primarily use Smartsheet for project management, but I am interested in other use cases as well. I would ultimately like to become a solid solution architect so I'm interested in how others have progressed to that role.

How long have you been using Smartsheet?

I’ve been actively working with Smartsheet for over 6 years, and it’s been an incredible journey watching how the platform continues to evolve.

How are you using Smartsheet?

My very first engagement with Smartsheet was in 2017. It was a really cool tool that we used exclusively at C-suite level. Fast forward 2 years, and a new company, and we're using Smartsheet as the backbone of our operational functions. I joined Prodactive as a full time Solution Architect in 2024 and have never looked back.

I get to work with clients across multiple industries to design and deliver bespoke Smartsheet solutions that solve real business challenges—whether that’s improving visibility, streamlining processes, or empowering teams with tools they actually enjoy using. It’s all about understanding where the pain points are and building something that transforms how they work. 🚀

What would you like to learn from your peers using Smartsheet?

I’d love to hear how others are navigating change management, adoption strategies, and building in governance without slowing momentum. Always curious to see how others are stretching the platform in creative ways!
