My contacts do not display in Contact Picker

I imported 140 contacts successfully. They are listed in the "My Contacts" view.

However, when I try to pick a user in a column, only my own user contact appears under the "My Smartsheet Contacts" filter.

If I add another contact manually in that picker it does not appear in the "My Smartsheet Contacts" view. Its as if there are two separate "My SmartSheet Contacts" and I do not get the benefit of using the imported contacts.

I do see plenty of entries in the "All Contacts" and the enterprise contacts. In fact, there is a duplicate of my contact in all every contact list.

    Contact column dropdowns are shared properties of the sheet spread across all users, so it cannot be based on a single users list. Updating your contact list just allows you to look people up faster. If you need to automatically add people to a dropdown, you can use shuttle or bridge.
