Loss of Access to Data Shuttle and Missing Workflows

I previously had access to Data Shuttle and had created several workflows. However, today I noticed that none of my workflows are visible, and instead I’m seeing a message stating: 'Contact us to add Data Shuttle to your subscription.' Could you please check if there has been any change in access or subscription?

    Hi @Sagar Mirashi,

    It sounds like your access to Data Shuttle may have been removed by a System Admin in your account. Please reach out to a System Admin to ask if this is the case and if so, if you can be granted access again - they can follow the instructions here to grant you access again.

    If you aren’t sure who is a System Admin in your organisation’s account, you can find the details of your main System Admin by logging into Smartsheet and clicking your Account profile icon > Plan Info, where you’ll see their details listed next to β€œMain Contact” and β€œContact Email”.
