Issue with email registered in multiple Smartsheet accounts

Hi all.

I have the same email registered in 3 Smartsheet accounts/subscriptions, call them Account A, Account B, and Account C.

My own account/subscription is Account C.

A while back, I created some sheets for Account B. When I log in with my email address I can see them no problem. The Owner of account B can see them too.

The problem is that the owner of Account A is also able to see them. Account A users do not show as having access to the sheets or the Workspace they are in. Account A should not be permitted to see these accounts

I suspect that somehow the sheets are associated with Account A and don't know how to move them to Account B.

Any ideas?

hi @3Blaze,

only one Account can be the owner of the sheet so can you check who is the owner of the sheet like user@domainA.com or user@domainB.com or user@domainC.com if you wan want to move ownership to another account if it's already shared as admin to any domain you can chose "make owner" from the domain that is the current owner.
