Workflow is sending out an email notification a day early

I have a simple automation setup to send an email notification every Saturday at 10:00AM EST. However, it is consistently send the notification at 10:00 AM on Fridays.

It use to be setup to send out on Fridays, but it was changed several weeks ago.

It has to be something simple I'm missing.

Never seen that, but if you want to be sure it is coming from here, disable or delete this automation and see if you still get the email. If you do the email isn't coming from here. If you don't then just delete it anyways and remake the automation.
