I upgraded to the subscription but my profile still shoes the current plan as free

    Hi @210068728,

    It sounds like you may be logging in to Smartsheet with a different email address to the one associated with the upgraded account. I’d recommend attempting to log in with any other email addresses you have that may be associated with the paid account.

    Alternatively, it might be that your paid account is in a different Smartsheet region to the one you’re logging into - that is, your account might be in the EU region but you might be logging into the US region. You can check the region you’re logging into at the bottom of the login page (with ‘Default’ being the US region), as seen below:
