Allowing combining Dashboards into one Dashboard, allowing users to create their own landing page

I have dashboards built for different groups, but some of the people in the two groups work in both, and it would be really great if users were able to combine dashboards for personal use, without having to build three separate dashboards.

I guess I'd like a "Dashboard Home", where the user can select from their existing dashboards, and have them appear all on one page, allowing the user to drag them to whatever configuration works for them.

This supports solution developers from having to find any places they might have something on a dashboard that needed editing, such as links, or workflows when something changes.
