Automation Recipients Blocked

I'm updating automations for a Sheet I created and when I attempt to add three people to receive the email notification, I get the "one or more recipients are blocked" message. If I have two recipients, it works just fine. All of the recipients have been granted access to the Sheet with Editor - Cannot Share access so, per the "how do I fix this" prompt, they should be able to receive the email notification and I shouldn't have to change the Automation Permissions from Restricted to Limited. Any thoughts on what is going on?

Does the third recipient fit within the guidelines for the automation settings?

Yes. The third recipient, regardless of who they are and regardless of the Sheet being shared with them, will block all of them. If I add myself as the third, it will block the remaining.
