Update Request Form

Hello,

How do I come up with an update request form that reference the existing row (using unique ID) and does not create a new ID also the person filling this form does not have smartsheet access ?

After I receive the filled request form I want to upload it as an attachment on that row.

hi @fmugendi,

you need to use option "Request for Update" in each row (if you want manually) or as Workflow triggered by action. To do it manually on the left side there are three dots for each row.

you can also google how request for update works there is bunch of info on it also as videos on youtube.
