Update Request not sending to contact in column

I have an update request Scheduled to send to contact in a column.

When I veiw the pending update request it is telling me that it was sent to myself instead of the contact in the column??

Thoughts?

I was TOTALLY reading the 'View pending update request for this row' incorrectly.

All is working as it should be.
