Tru-up Dates?!?!?!?!?!

Why is there conflicting dates with tru-up? Why does it say June 24, 2024 for implementation but my tru-up dashboard says "3 days remaining"????

From this information, it sounds like perhaps your contract was started last June (2024), but your most recent reconciliation period is ending soon.

Please review this note:

Reconciliation and true-up charges have been paused.

So even though your true-up reconciliation period may have come to a close, the additional charges are paused at the moment. There should be a banner showing in your Admin Center.
