Tableau embed into Smartsheet widget

Hi,

I connected to tableau desktop via smartsheet connector. I published my dashboard to a server, and am now within smartsheet dashboard adding an embed web content widget. I have tried numerous ways to get the embed link and paste it into smartsheet widget, but keep getting the "we couldn't find any embeddable content from this link" error. I am seeing in other resources that it needs to be iframe to embed. I have tried to manually make it iframe but still no avail. Is there anything I can do? I do not want to try tableau public as this is proprietary information and don't want it for public viewing. TIA

"Tableau Online embedding is supported from the cloud Tableau Online app only.

Tableau on a self-hosted server and Tableau public links aren't supported."
