Scorecard stopped working

We have a scorecard where we enter data to track different types of event in the department. Its a sheet with 8 squares inside it where we manually enter the data and it turns it into a graph. Suddenly it has stopped working with an error message - "We are unable to process source data please ask admin to select a different date range for the chart" Im the admin, but I don't know how to do this. When I click chart settings all it displays are different templates. Is there documentation somewhere that would explain how to change the date range? Thanks

That error message usually indicates an issue with the data range selected for the chartβs source, it may have been edited or deleted, which is why the chart is unable to display properly.
To check and update the data range:
- Open your dashboard and click the three dots in the top-right corner of the chart widget.
- Select Edit.
- In the Data & Chart Type section, youβll see your current Data Source. Click the Edit button next to it.
- Select the name of your data source again, then youβll be able to re-select the correct data range from the sheet. (See screenshot)
