JIRA Connector Not Working For JIRA 10
Hi! We have several integrations set-up with JIRA and SmartSheet with the connector that we paid extra for. The SmartSheet connect stopped working when we upgraded JIRA server from 9 to 10. Now several of our workflows are broken and we've been told by SmartSheet that this isn't on the roadmap until the end of 2025, even though JIRA 10 has been available since August of 2024. Is anyone else having similar issues? Really disappointed, since we've been touting the ease of the JIRA integration as a benefit to SmartSheet over other tools.
