How can I create a Smartsheet with data that's updated daily with input from multiple sources

I am looking to create a smartsheet that is updated daily with information from multiple sources via a form. The categories of the information entered each day would be the same, just updated digits.

Ideally I'd like the categories to be the columns and the rows to be the entry's location. Each day a new row would be added for the location.

Would this best be done through multiple sheets pulled into a dashboard? I'm not an expert at Smartsheet — just know enough to be dangrerous!

Is this data that will go on a new line? If not, a form cannot be used. The form option is only for new entries.

Otherwise, it sounds like a form should work to populate your sheet. That sheet data is then used to feed your dashboard and the dashboard should update in real time.

@jbathen hard to tell as your use case is a bit ambiguous. Are you saying you want an update log and then just to show the most recent entry? Where does the multiple sources come in, as stated it does kind of seem like you'd have 1 form only.
