Sheet vs Report - Using "Is One Of" Filter Option

I want to be able to filter on a report where the Project Manager is the current user.

I have a sheet with a Project Manager column. On the sheet I can filter by using the Project Manager field and the option "Is One of" and then selecting Current User.

However on the report which is based on the same sheet, I can add a filter and select the Project Manager field to filter by, but the "Is One Of" isn't an option to select in the dropdown. Not sure I understand why I can't filter on a report for the current user the same way I can on a sheet.

You have the Project Manager field defined as a Text field. Change it to either a Contact or a Dropdown. With Dropdown, you can also allow people to add more values without updating the dropdown values. I have a few fields like that, and on occasion, I edit the field to include the new additions.
