Issue with form link directing to sheet

I have a form link that is shared with the team, but sometimes it leads them to the underlying sheet instead of the form. Is there a way to mitigate this from happening?

this is a very odd behaviour as link to the sheet will always have a form in the name and would never link people to sheet.

Hello,

I believe the correct form link is being shared. Some members of my team mention that they are sometimes directed to the sheet and need to copy and paste the link into the address bar for the form to show up.
