delete and old account to link my current account

I have a current account that im paying for but I tried making an account with my work email some time ago, i thought it was deleted but now linking my current account with my work email is not letting me. how do i fix this issue?

I have already deleted it, but the system still says the email is associated with another account.

so if you try to login can you chose option to send code to your emaail address?

Similar problem, I have a paid plan for my work email, but since I leave the company end of month id like to use the account with my personal email. But because I have a free account with my personal email i cannot use it for my paid account. I can login with both accounts but somehow I don't manage to delete my free account mith my personal email. Thanks for help

hi @Gossi2382,

if you give some alternate email in your private account… than set it up as primary account you will be able to remove your private email from your account and assing it as alternate email to your bought license… once you assign it to your free license you can set it up as primary email.

In that case you will have your private email set up with the license you bought.

So its not possible to delete the free account with my private email or am I just not smart enough to find how this works?

i would ask smartsheet directly how to do it.

if you cant login with this email but you also cant create new account with the email it's a bug.
