unable to hide columns

I am unable to hide columns - the option is grayed out or unavailable. Any advice?

    Hi Laurie! Quick question for clarification: what permission level do you have for the Sheet you're trying to hide columns in?

    Bingo! That's it, my permission level was changed to editor , I did not know someone changed it.

    Morning @LaurieG

    You must be a licensed user and have one of the following permission levels on the sheet

    • Owner
    • Admin - Can Share
    • Editor - Can Share
