Smartsheet's JIRA Integration: When is the tool going to be compatible with JIRA's V10 Upgrade?

We recently moved to Jira v10 due to potential security risks within JIRA and found that the Smartsheet Jira Connector isn’t compatible yet. Given that this connector is a premium add-on, I’d really expect it to stay aligned with major updates like this. Jira v10 was released back in August 2024, and the lack of support has caused some serious disruptions on our end.

You are correct! Currently, the Smartsheet Jira Connector does not support Jira Software Data Center v10. Our team is actively working on updates to support Jira v10, with plans to roll this out during the second half of 2025. Once the update is complete, we will notify all Smartsheet customers using the Jira Connector.

If you have already upgraded to Jira v10, we recommend rolling back your Jira instance to v9 in the meantime. You can find detailed instructions on how to perform a version rollback here: Rolling Back a Jira Application Upgrade.
