This error message generally means your data is in a format that cannot be charted. When I see this error message, it usually means that I pointed the Chart widget to underlying data and not aggregated info. For example, if trying to chart the status column of a sheet, seeing
    Pending
    Pending
    Pending
    In Progress
    Pending
    Completed
    Pending
    Completed
isn't going to work because the Chart widget doesn't aggregate data; it just displays it.

The solution is to aggregate the data somehow. Using the status example, you should create a KPI sheet (or use Pivot app) to return 3 rows of two columns each:
    Pending - 5
    Completed - 2
    In Progress - 1
By then pointing your Chart to this aggregated info, you'll be able to build the chart.

If this doesn't give you enough info on how to solve your issue, can you post a screenshot of a sample of your data, and a deeper explanation of what you're trying to achieve with a chart? Thanks, and good luck!

If this answer resolves your question, please help the Community by marking it as an accepted answer. I'd also be grateful for your response - "Insightful"or "Awesome" reactions are much appreciated. Thanks!

    hi @CHall6,

is the data you are trying to use for chart consist of two columns at least where in the first one there is data and in the second value?
