When an employee leaves, what happens to their sheets? Can they still be accessed?

If you are the system admin for Smartsheet with your employer you can enter "User Management" at the homepage by clicking your profile picture. From there you will be given options to deactivate their license and transfer ownership of all their sheets. If you are not a system admin, you'll have to find someone who is and request they do this for you.

What if they're not a user, but have had sheets shared to them. Whats the quickest way to unshare from all, or at the very least see what sheets they've had shared to them? Thank you
