"Sheets" Space no longer has option to create grids, reports, etc.

When accessing the "Sheets" workspace, I noticed recently that I am no longer able to use the "Create" dropdown to create new sheets, reports, etc.
Is this a bug? Or has Smartsheets changed the functionally of the Sheets workspace?

Hello!
On the right side of the screen there is a "Create" Button. What happens when you click on it? Some of my workspaces have a button that takes me to the create page, and some have a drop down.
Do you still have necessary permissions? -

This used to be a dropdown, with the options for grids / reports / etc. Now I'm taken to the create page which allows me to create sheets but under a new workspace.
