Generate Document (retain Highlighted Cells)

I understand I can use Conditional Formatting to highlight all blank cells in a sheet. However, can it be setup so if those cells remain blank, they stay highlighted in the [Generate Document] pdf?

I have Generate Document all setup and works great, but want those blank cells to remain highlighted yellow. So our Admin doesn't have to print doc, manually highlight the blank cells, scan and then email to contractor for missing info.

No, I can't make fields required in the Form. There are too many variables and I can't lockdown the form like that.

hi @Katie Lafferty,

I do not think you can copy the cell colour to PDF same as you setup the fonts, fontsize on the the PDF side.
