View only access from Pro subscription
We have a pro subscription and would like to share sheets with clients with view only access i.e users with a free account. We originally added the clients as members but the costs quickly got out of hand. Now when I share the sheets with our clients it says something along the lines of "you've been blocked by your administrator". How do I resolve this? Is there such thing as a free view only account?

that sounds more like a bug then smartsheet feature.
I would contact Support directly on that.
