Where the attachment stored

I wanted to inquire about the attachments we upload to tasks. Specifically, where are these files stored? My question pertains to the security of the data and the environment in which these files are kept. Thanks

@Shashank they are uploaded to s3, urls are on a 60 second signed system and invalidate automatically outside of signature window.
