Is there a way on a form to ensure that the start date entered is indeed before the end date?

I am trying to create a safety measure so that if someone submits a form with an end date before a start date then it won't let them submit or it gets pushed back for them to update. But preferably the first. Is there a way to do this?

I don't believe there is the logic functionality in forms to stop someone submitting something based on another input. Does your organisation have Dynamic View in their package?
