Multiple Approvals with Comment

Hi, I need to collect approve or reject from 5 approvers along with any comment. I can make a separate approval work flow for each, however if I select "a comment" under customize message will approvers see other approvers' past comments? Or is there another way to structure this?

hi @raisy27,

yes comments will be visible as it's a shared "column/field" for everyone.

What you can do is to create extra 5 columsn like Comment1, Comment2, Comment3…. and make those fields avaialble only for each approver so they can keep their comments there and nobody will have access it it.

Once all the comments are added you can use like extra column called All Comments and put all comments into this one cell.
