The administrator gave me ownership to a sheet. But, I cannot do anything with columns

I can't do anything with columns and I can't download a template. The sheet asks if I want to upgrade and shows I have 29 days left. Does this mean the administrator did not set me up correctly? If so, what can I do?

if you cannot do anything to the column you are not owner but Editor of the sheet.
