user reactivation problem

I deacitvated a user several months a go and now would like to reactivate but it's been too long. I can't delete the user because they have ownership of sheets I can't find. I just want to add them back into smartsheet and it doesn't matter about the original sheets.

    I also am unable to reactivate a user - they don't exist in any of the lists I have access to yet when I add them, I get an error message they are already of member of my account. So frustrating. My disappointment in Smartsheet since they changed their licensing model is staggering. This issue, as well as the fact that the True-Up process contains employees who left YEARS ago (and I deactivated them at the time of their departure) and whatever I do to remove them in the true-up only brings them back as provisional members. No one has been able to help. I'm going to have a very hard time convincing my company Smartsheet is the right tool for us - and we've been delighted users for many years.

    I'm relieved it's not just me, and I echo MaryAnn's sentiment that we have been users for many years but this is frustrating having a user stuck in deactivated.
