Why can't I access some of the older smartsneet templates for project management?

  • I keep getting this message - The workspace you are trying to modify is not currently available. It may have been deleted or your permissions may have been removed from it.

    Hi @ljerry32955,

    Template sets (templates that have more than one asset) are available to customers on Business and Enterprise plans. Customers on Pro plans have access to individual templates but not to template sets - it may therefore be your plan type that is restricting your access to some templates.

    Thank you for responding! Actually the templates that I am trying access are not sets. They are individual template, but thy are some of the older templates that I've always had access to. Also, I do have access to most of the newer templates and template sets made available to me in my Pro plan. I can download them and play around with them a little to see if they meet my need. However, there are too many pages and dependencies which make them too time consuming to mess with. There are also some simple type of templates that look easier when you preview them, but are also have dependencies to them. That is why I prefer some of the older sets and the single templates because they are easier and more simple in their set-up. When you bring them up, boom - that's all there is. You can make changes, add columns, delete columns, add smiley faces, (love those smiley faces), much easier to work with. I had access to them before, I don't see why I can't have access to them now. I paid the same money for them back then as I'm paying now!!! Sometimes, simple is better!!
