Unable to Access WorkSheet

Last night, everything was functioning perfectly while I was working on a sheet. However, this morning, I'm encountering an error message (Error 48) whenever I try to open the sheet. It's visible in the folder, the error persists on different devices and platforms.

If anyone in the community has experienced a similar issue or has suggestions on how to resolve it, your help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe this happened after I copied and pasted a row from a calendar like worksheet in grid view. It has since been fixed by support.

When i have gotten that the sheet was name changed or deleted but that was on a dashboard so basically the link was broken. Does it happen to others?
