Can i use index(Match for an image?

Hi I have a sheet that generates an "extrusion" type using index(collect based on a date. This means that each week the "extrusion" type changes. Im trying to use index(match to generate the "image" that matches this extrusion type. my formula is below but i cant get it to work- any suggestions?
