Single Cell Conditional Format
I have a spreadsheet that I am trying to conditional format. I need a single cell I to turn red when it gets to the specific number that I identified. The problem is the other cells in that column are turning red when I need them to be at a different number. R1-R6 are set to add together into the Reg. Hours Competed for Month box. When the Complete box matches the Allotted box, I want it to be red. Each box will turn red depending on when the hours are completed. Hoping this makes sense and someone can help. I typically work in Google or Excel and have been asked to attempt this in Smartsheet so any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
I hope you're well and safe!
As long as the row contains something unique or if you add a so-called helper to indicate which row you want to include, it should work.
Make sense?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic day!
