NO REPLY Email.

Hello all,

Does smartsheet has the ability to send a NO REPLY email from an automation? I build a solution and now i am getting a lot of emails from the recipients. i need to kind of have them not be able to answer or reach me through my email. i did change the owner of the sheet as well but still getting emailed. Also in the setting of the automation is set to say that was send by smartsheet. Any thoughts?

hi @Tony Oxa,

I had similar issue once and we created a dummy user calle no_reply and we also called him NO REPLY so whenever peopel were getting emails from Smartsheet it was very visible it was getting from this account.

What do you meam created a user?

in smartsheet you create new user with some valid email so he / she can accept the invite to smartsheet (or even better if it will be licensed user).

First name: No

Surname: Reply

if you trigger any actions with this user people will get emails from No Reply…
