Can we automate forwarding documents from one sheet to another?
I am setting up two tracker sheets: one for the external partner and the other for the internal team. The external-facing sheet is to share initial contract documents with the counterpart, with a couple of dropdown menus. The second sheet is used for internal review and comments on these documents. I want to see if I can set up logic so that when I upload a document to the external sheet, the sheet can push the document to the same line in the internal sheet. Thanks in advance

Sure if you setup a workflow to copy entire row from one sheet to another it will also copy the attached document.

You would need to use the API or some other similar third party app. There is no other way to push an attachment from one sheet to an existing row on another sheet.
If you have access to the premium app Dynamic View, you can do this all on a single sheet and have users interact through Dynamic View instead which will give you the ability to limit which column(s) they are able to see and interact with.
