Can I add a sheet into one single project in Control Center?

We are a Control Center subscriber and one of my projects requires a unique sheet to be added to the toolkit. This sheet is not needed for any other projects, so it would not be added to the Blueprint. I don't need it to reference the Metadata sheet or tie the information to any other sheet, report or dashboard. I simply need a simple sheet in the project folder so we can track the whereabouts of some material for only that specific project. Can I just 'Create' and name the sheet without messing up the project within Control Center? I just want to make sure when we archive, this will not affect anything or give errors.

I do not see a problem by adding an extra sheet/report/dashboard to already provisioned project.
It will not have an impact on the entiere Template Folder so you do not have to setup blueprint again.
You will need to to a lot of manual work inside this one project but I guess this is what you want to achieve.
