Symbol column shows words instead of symbol

@Paul Newcome Hi! May I ask you a related question about symbol's not showing..in my case, it's one of the 3 symbols ('"no decisions") does not show, instead it uses "no decisions". What am I missing?
Note that I added a new status that triggered this "no decisions", not sure if it's a delayed or has something to do?? Thanks!

@FuWaye If you remove the column formula and select one of the cells in that column, it should appear as a dropdown with various selections available. The text used in this dropdown should be the text used in your formula and is case sensitive.

@Paul Newcome Thanks for the prompt response. However, that column is populated by a formula and should automatically change color accordingly, as shown in the previous rows. Sorry I forgot mentioing that.

@Paul Newcome Never mind..I foud out this is what happened: though it says "no decisions" when the cursor is over the symbol, but it's actually "No". So I changed it to "No" and the symbol is showing red circle with x now.

Right. That's what I meant when I said that the appropriate text needed to be used in formulas and looking in the "dropdown" will give you the appropriate text to use. Glad you were able to get it working.

Ya, indeed when using symbols, we have to follow how the "symbols" are naming themselves. π
