Post Transitional Period: Can I regularly delete temporary users every 30 days?

After I transition to the subscription plan, am I able to monthly remove all of the temporary users (those that received a smartsheet share)? I want to be able to have more control over who is granted a provisional subscription vs. allowing team members with licenses to be able to share.

I asked my account rep if we could build automated workflows using the True up console and he said no. Seems as if everything is done manually. We wanted to do something similar where inactive users would be downgraded to Viewer and notifying those flagged as provisional Members their provisional period is ending and need to fill out a form telling us what User Type they want to be after the provisional period is over. Couldn't do any of that.
