Recover sheet

Hello,

I had created a sheet that is now unavailable to me. It is not in my sheets and workspaces. When I click the link to the file, it asks me to Request Access - but it is a sheet I created. The URL is

How do I recover this sheet?

Did you look in your Deleted Items section? When mine has done that before I have found it there.
